Octopus
Octopus is the entry level for students - 5 years/school age. This level is for beginner swimmers and those that need to improve their technique and build strength

  • Water familiarisation
  • Water conditioning
  • Streamline body positioning

Goldfish  
This class is skill based. Students need to show they are competent in strokes and water safety.
Freestyle and backstroke are introduced in this level.

  • Continuation of water skills
  • Water Safety skills

NEW STUDENTS: If wanting to enrol into this class, NEW students will need to be assessed. Please call the centre to make a booking.

​The skills developed in these classes are vital to the progression in future levels. Octopus student’s progress into Goldfish after being assessed by a supervisor.

Classes are held for 30 minutes 7 days a week.

  • Friday 3:30-6:30pm
  • Saturday 8:00am - 12.45pm

We are unable to provide exact class times online, please call the centre for class time availabilities. Classes are held in the shallow end of the pool and focus on several techniques.
