What if I join during the term? If joining mid-term you have the first 2 weeks to pay at the discounted rate. After the 2 weeks the rate changes to the standard rate.
How can I pay? Easy. You can pay at the centre, over the phone or online. If paying at the centre or over the phone, please note there is a 0.94% credit card surcharge including payWave transactions. If paying online - You will need a reference number. Contact the centre or ask reception staff on your next visit.
What if I am absent during the discount period? If your family are absent, you can come into the centre, pay online or over the phone. The discount will not be extended. Families can pre pay toward future terms at any time.
How often do I need to pay a registration fee? The registration fee is a once only payment when the student joins swimming lessons. It will guarantee the students place in the lessons for the current and consecutive terms. For more information see Swim Lessons T's & C's Can I get a refund of the registration fee? Yes as long as the centre is notified in writing (email is preferable) prior to the student leaving lessons.
Can I put the registration fee on hold if I want to take a couple of terms off? Absolutely You will just need to let the centre know in writing prior to the term you are taking off, and the registration fee will be put on hold with the student until you decide to return to swimming lessons. The place in the lesson will not be held you will need to reorganise that when you re-book into lessons.
What if I want to pay weekly? No problems If paying weekly, a minimum of $25 per child is due. When the payment's made to a total of $212, the term will be fully paid. If a lesson is missed, the following week, a minimum of $50 is due.
Notification Procedure We require notification of any absences. Call, use our APP, email or Facebook the centre if you will be absent for any lessons. If you would like an to book a makeup lesson immediately, calling the centre is recommended as it can take time using the other methods. Payment must still be made even if students will be absent.
Can I book ahead into next term if I am not currently booked in? We do not take bookings for future terms any earlier than week 8 of the current term. You can however book in for the remainder of the current term, which will guarantee you a place in the following term.
